We categorically reject the baseless and misleading allegations circulating in certain media circles and social media in Manipur region regarding QNET India operations.

On Allegations of False Promises of Earnings by QNET distributors

QNET firmly denies any claims of guaranteeing earnings or making false financial promises. Our direct selling business model is ethical and performance-driven, where earnings are determined by individual effort, product sales, and commitment. We do not promise fixed financial returns, and our training programs emphasize transparency and realistic expectations.

On Allegations of QNET Being Banned in India

The claim that QNET is banned in India is entirely false. QNET and its franchisee, Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd. operate within the framework of Indian laws, adhering strictly to the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.

QNET's legitimacy has been reaffirmed through several key court rulings in India. In February 2017, the High Court of Karnataka quashed FIRs filed against Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd., dismissing allegations that the company operated a pyramid or ponzi scheme. Similarly, in March 2017, the Supreme Court of India issued a Stay Order, further validating the legality of QNET's business model. Additionally, the City Civil & Sessions Court of Bangalore acknowledged that earlier legal proceedings had already dismissed similar allegations, recognizing QNET's adherence to Indian laws.

QNET operates a transparent and compliant direct selling business, offering high-quality products and services exclusively through its e-commerce platform. We proactively engage with regulatory authorities, ensuring alignment with the law and maintaining the highest ethical standards.

We urge stakeholders to rely on verified facts and avoid being influenced by misinformation. QNET remains committed to empowering individuals through ethical entrepreneurship and protecting the integrity of its business and brand reputation.
