Ltd. operate within the framework of Indian laws, adhering strictly to the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
QNET's legitimacy has been reaffirmed through several key court rulings in India. In February 2017, the High Court of Karnataka quashed FIRs filed against Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt. Ltd., dismissing allegations that the company operated a pyramid or ponzi scheme. Similarly, in March 2017, the Supreme Court of India issued a Stay Order, further validating the legality of QNET's business model. Additionally, the City Civil & Sessions Court of Bangalore acknowledged that earlier legal proceedings had already dismissed similar allegations, recognizing QNET's adherence to Indian laws.
