Animal instinct

While I can't claim to a champion for animal causes, I do love them, and hate to watch them suffer. And somehow, I have had many chance encounters with animals in distress.

I picked up one injured stray dog one day and now it's my pet.

Likewise, I have treated many wounded birds including an eagle, which was just about to be sold. I am a horse lover and the condition of horses in the city appals me.

I took a few of them to my stable at Mahalaxmi Race Course, where I treated and cared for them. Within a few days, they looked as handsome as race horses.
