A yesteryear birdie chirps to say that Amitabh Bachchan may have done a cameo in Sridevi's comeback film but there was a time in the '80s when Sri used to refuse to work with the Big B

This was when she was the reigning queen. With films like Nagina, Chandni, Chalbaaz and Lamha in her kitty, she was keen to do films that focussed on her and were women-centric.

Working with AB meant that the script would be tailored for him as the hero with the heroine playing second fiddle. Well, all that is in the past. Now Sri would love to work with AB. How times change! There is nothing permanent in B-Town.
