Priyanka Chopra with husband Nick Jonas
It is now learnt that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are embroiled in a legal wrangle with the builders and sellers of their luxurious Los Angeles mansion. The couple were compelled to move out of their dream home, which became a nightmare after extensive water damage and mold infestation rendered it virtually unlivable. The duo had acquired the seven-bedroom and nine-bathroom property, which includes a temperature-controlled wine cellar, chef's kitchen, home theatre, bowling alley, pool and a spa, for $20 million in 2019. Priyanka and Nick, who sued the builders and sellers of the estate last May, are temporarily staying in another residence with daughter Malti Marie. Priyanka, who was seen in Russo Brothers' Citadel and James Strouse's Love Again (2023), has Heads of State with Idris Elba lined up later this year. Nick recently performed with siblings Joe and Kevin at the Jonas Brothers' maiden act in India. Los Angeles remains Priyanka and Nick's primary base even though they travel frequently for their respective work commitments.
KGF star Yash's prime criterion for taking up a Hindi film is that the script should be perfect. The actor, who has reportedly expressed interest in working with Shah Rukh Khan, is said to be in talks with the latter's production house for a possible collaboration. Yash is apparently pleased with the initial discussions and is keen to see how the subject develops, before committing to it. It is being said that Shah Rukh is also open to the idea of doing a film with Yash, but of course, it all boils down to whether the script does justice to both the actors. For now, Yash is working on director Geetu Mohandas' Toxic and has Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayan trilogy lined up.
