Priyanka Chopra’s dinner with filmmaker Gurinder Chadha all about generosity and gorging

Priyanka Chopra has been acting in the West for over half a decade and has established herself as a global star. She does come to India but hasn't been as aggressive active here as she was before 2016. Despite being in home away from home, she still is a ‘homesick desi', as she described herself in her latest tweet.

She paid a visit to filmmaker Gurinder Chadha for dinner and the ladies' evening was all about generosity and gorging. They wiped off 8 Chapattis together, as revealed by Chadha herself. Have a look at her post right here:

Chopra replied, "Haha shhhh G we don't count Rotis! Thx for opening up your warm home to this homesick desi! Lots of love to you Paul and the kids. Xoxo." [SIC]

The actress recently spoke in length about her foray in Hollywood, calling it "a lesson in humility". "It was my choice to go to a new industry and try my luck there. There are times when no one knows you in a party, and you introduce yourself. One may enter a magazine office and tell them who you are. Frankly, I do not have a problem with that because I never walk into a room entitled."

It was in 2015 that the actress founded her production company, Purple Pebble Pictures, and started backing films in Hindi, Marathi, Sikkimese and Punjabi, some of which even won National Film Awards.
