'Monsoon Wedding' marked Randeep Hooda's screen debut in Hindi cinema, and he has since appeared in numerous popular films. However, the actor has an equally strong love for horses and is a professional horseman who has won numerous awards. Recently, Randeep took a trip to the meadows to spend time with his horse Dream Girl's foal, named Veer.
The actor embarked on a soul-nourishing journey to the meadows, immersing himself in the serene company of his cherished horses. This serene getaway not only served as a rejuvenating experience for the actor but also witnessed the heartwarming naming ceremony of his infant foal.
The farm is located between Mumbai and Lonavala. While coming back from Pune, where he had gone to flag off the Savarkar Release Centenary Bike Rally, he stopped at the meadows where his horses are living. He met his old riding horse Rommel, his mare Dream Girl, and their two kids. The older one is called Hope, named after Randeep's mother Asha.
Randeep saw the male infant for the first time after his birth. The actor tried playing with the shy foal, who began to familiarize itself with Randeep's presence. Seeing his sturdiness, graceful athleticism and nature at just 4 months of age, Randeep named him Veer (brave) after the revolutionary Veer Savarkar.
