Love is the universal emotion that binds us all. It is the reason why the world feels a better place. Celebrating the day of love is therefore special. Valentine's Day is one day for which many look forward to spending the day with their near and dear ones and that special someone. Speaking exclusively to Mid Day Online, actor Aarushi Nishank, who is a part of music videos like âWafa Na Raas Aayee' and âTeri Galliyon Se', shares about the significance of the day.

"Valentine's Day is just not meant for lovers or couples, it's a day for everyone. You can celebrate this day with your parents, siblings, or friends. As February is a month when the weather is beautiful after chilling winters, we can actually step out, enjoy the time with our near and dear ones. This Valentine's day, I'll spend some time in the orphanage because I feel love is an expensive commodity, especially in this scenario where people are busy and they don't have time for anything. Love should be given to the people who can appreciate and treasure it, and that's why I want to spend this day with these children who don't have anybody in their lives. It'll therefore be special for me because I prefer to share love, compassion, and care with these children," she says.
Love, according to Aarushi, is a pure, generous, soothing and delicate feeling. "Love is like a baby who doesn't know what they can get in return, enjoys only to be in that moment and showers the most of it. Everyone has different ways of expressing and dealing with love. I am a caring one, that's how I stay close and attentive towards my loved ones," she added. In the same breath, she said, "Love is all about sharing and caring. It's a two-way route, we tend to give the same thing we receive".

When asked about her take on the entertainment industry in general, she said, "It's not about the industry, the point is it depends on person to person as everyone has different style to express, it doesn't matter which industry they come from. It's a matter of expression and we all look forward to it," she continues, "Expression is the most beautiful medium to communicate or transfer the feelings, sometimes only the way you look at someone says it all. I think it's about gestures like how you can express your feelings to your near and dear ones. On this Valentine's Day, my message to all is to express your feelings and loved ones."
