Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke actress Rhea Sharma made her Bollywood debut with the hit film M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. She played Ritu, Kiara Advani's friend, in the film. (All pictures/YouTube screenshots)
Popular TV actress Debina Bonnerjee was seen in the 2003 film Indian Babu, as the female lead's step-sister. In 2015, she made a guest appearance in the Hindi film Khamoshiyan.
Shweta Tiwari played Bipasha Basu's friend in the 2004 film Madhoshi. The Kasautii Zindagii Kay actress was later seen in a number of lesser-known films like Aabra Ka Daabra, Bin Bulaye Baraati, Married 2 America, among others.
Juhi Parmar starred in the 2005 film Pehchaan: The Face of Truth, alongside Vinod Khanna, Raveena Tandon and Rati Agnihotri. Juhi is best known for her roles in TV shows like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kumkum – Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan.
Ram Kapoor was seen in a leaner avatar in Mira Nair's Monsoon Wedding. As we all know, the actor is most famous for his TV soaps Kasamh Se, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, and Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat.
Hiten Tejwani, a household name for his TV character Pratham in Kutumb, was seen in Joggers' Park as Perizaad Zorabian's friend.
Ronit Roy, a much-admired actor on the telly, was seen in Daanveer, a 1996 film that starred Mithun Chakraborty in the lead. The film was a remake of the Telugu film Number One.
The cute Rupali Ganguly may have made a mark as Dr Simran in Sanjivani and Monisha in the sitcom Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, but the actress also starred in Satrangee Parachute, which released in 2011.
Everyone's favourite primetime bahu, Sakshi Tanwar, played the role of Sasiji in the 2009 feature film Saluun.
Chetan Hansraj, known for TV shows like Ssshhhh...Koi Hai, Kyun Hota Hai Pyarrr, among others, was also seen in Bhram, a 2008 film that also featured Dino Morea, Milind Soman and Karan Singh Grover.
Who would forget the pretty Sanaya Irani in Kajol-Aamir Khan's Fanaa? While that was her Bollywood debut, Irani is an established name when it comes to TV. She has worked in shows like Left Right Left, Kasamh Se, Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, and others.
