Maheep Kapoor had a fleeting brush with showbiz way back in 1994, when she appeared in the Ila Arun music video - Nigodi. Soon after she receded in the background, choosing her life of being married to actor Sanjay Kapoor and raising their two kids - Jahaan and Shanaya. It is only when Karan Johar roped her in for the reality show, Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, that we got to see Maheep's raw, authentic side.

Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives has had two successful seasons and the audiences are looking forward to another fun-filled season. When asked about what to expect from the Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives Season 3, Maheep told mid-day.com, "A lot more drama, a lot more controversy, this time. That's all I can spill."

Maheep is known for speaking her mind and presenting her unfiltered self in front of the camera, which is what makes her fabulous, she says. "I think I'm very straightforward. I'm black and white. Sometimes I think I'm too much for some people. But I'm just honest, grateful for the people who get me though!"

Talking about how life has changed after the show, she said, "People are coming up to me and saying, ‘Hey, Maheep, can I take your picture?' You know, otherwise, I'm always in the background. It's always my husband and Shanaya. And it's me taking their pictures for the fans."

Maheep is also known for her age-defying looks, which keeps everyone guessing about her diet and skincare routine. Does she always watch what she eats, we asked. And Maheep replied as in her candid tone, "I just turned 51 - so, sometimes, yes!"

But she does have some indulgences. "I love to have a big cup of coffee and burgers. Now that KFC has launched 5 new Zingers, I think that's going to be my favourite."

What's your go-to comfort food? "Has to be burgers."

The reality series, full of stunning locales and fabulous fashion, delves into the personal lives, friendships, challenges and lifestyle of Maheep, Bhavna, Neelam and Seema.

Maheep's daughter Shanaya will make her acting debut with Mohanlal starrer Malayalam epic - Vrushabha.
