The ongoing event has featured talks on textiles from Bengal, Punjab and Gujarat and today's talk is on the myriad textiles found in Kashmir.

Vaitarna stands for Value Added Indian Textiles and Related Natural Artefacts and it aims to give traditional crafts their due in the modern world.
Through lectures and other activities, they seek to promote handcrafted traditional Indian products, generate income and impart vocational skill training to artisans.
