'My boss appears to be flirtatious'

I find the team supervisor flirtatious. He asks me stuff like how am I finding the city and whether I'm staying alone. In other words, he just wants to bed me and that's not going to happen! Other than him, all the other folks in the office are cool to work with. I don't want to leave the job for this one pervert. What should I do?

You are jumping to conclusions, my dear girl. How can you say that he wants you in bed? Being the boss he may be making casual conversation with you and expressing his concerns. But this does not mean that he is after you. He is not a lecherous guy passing vulgar remarks or touching you. If he does you have every right to complain. But you are treating his casual talk to be offensive. Look at things in their proper perspective and don't create a problem where there isn't.u00a0
