My fake profile on the net has landed me in a soup

Dear Diana, I'm a 24-year-old guy. As it's quite easy to hide behind a display picture on the web, I've been chatting with a guy pretending as if I'm a girl who is in love with him

Initially, I thought the fake profile was fun but now it seems like I'm messing with someone who is a genuinely nice guy and has fallen in love with the âgirl' I pretend to be! Apparently, he wants to meet me as we both stay in suburban Mumbai. I think I won't be able to be on this trip for long. What do I do?

You seem to be an insecure psycho who derived great pleasure masquerading as a girl! So now you pay the price for it. You thought that you were trying to be extra smart and fool everyone around. But you are now caught in the act. Do not waste any more time and tell the guy what you have done. Tell him that you are a guy and apologise for your behaviour.
