Child is the father of man. And mania. And, when 5,000 of them get together to give it their best, there's no escaping the fest. With the aim of spreading peace and unity through the medium of performing arts, and promoting cultural exchange through myriad workshops, the 10th International Children's Festival Of Performing
Arts (ICFPA) is all set to make midweek an animated affair.
