Freedom Park, where the central jail was located earlier, will be inaugurated on February 28 by L K Advani.

The BJP leader had spent more than six months in this jail during emergency.
According to transport minister R Ashok, Freedom Park will have an open theatre, indoor films theatre, museum and a gallery for art and photo exhibitions.
