Reserve Bank today said it has appointed global consultancy firm Ernst & Young to assess the performance of its senior executives, primarily in the rank of Chief General Managers.
The consultancy will design and facilitate a 360-degree evaluation of the RBI senior staff and give feedback to the central bank, RBI spokesperson told PTI here.
"The 360 degree evaluation means that the performance of senior executives will be assessed by juniors, peers and senior staff and the feedback will be given," the spokesperson said.
