If you are fascinated with the fancy tricks that bartenders display while mixing that just-right cocktail, then take a look at the Flaming Trio, a group that offers 'flaming' solutions for bartending.
"When I started 9 years ago, I was a normal bartender in night clubs and 5 star hotels. But Flaming Trio was started 5 years ago with 3 people u2014 Nick, Mehdi and myself. Now we have a team of 72 flair bar-tenders," said Binny Dhadwal (30).
"However, Nick is not part of us anymore," he added.
Mehdi Poonawala (25) also worked in 5-star hotels before he teamed up with Binny.u00a0 "It's not just about bartending, it's about entertainment," said Mehdi.
"We don't just stand behind the barmaking cocktails, but also move around in the crowd, dance and give them a good time," he said.
Both Binny and Mehdi have a presence in Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata and Dubai.
Today Flaming Trio has become well known and has its own bartending academies and cocktail lounges too.
"We are completely into bartending solutions and also providing professional flair bartenders. Our bartenders steal the show from other performers and even attract the crowd to the bar," said Binny.
Impressing everyone with their bar skills, professionalism and sense of humor, are just one of the few traits of the Flaming Trio bartenders.
Flaming Trio is well known for its crazy flaming shots, chasers, flaming tower shots, flavoured and innovative shooters.
"We are also into bar designing, menu designing and training of F&B staff," Mehdi said.

They have also had their share of Bollywood fame, with appearances in films like James, Don, Babul and Dhoom 2.
