A man from Ohio, who was arrested for disorderly conduct/intoxication, started talking and expressing his love to the urinal in his holding cell, according to police

Police said that it all started back on February 23, when they responded to reports of an intoxicated man inside the Discount Tobacco Store at 34722 Vine Street around 4:45 pm, WKYC-TV reported.

Upon arrival, an officer reported that 50-year-old Kenneth Kulas of Eastlake, had propped himself against a shelf, while trying to have a discussion with a bottle of vodka and a customer, who was standing in line waiting to check out.

An Eastlake Police report said that Kulas had been slurring his words with thoughts, which were confused and random.

When the officer asked him what he was trying to purchase, he said he was shopping for his mother.

But when he was asked about the specific items he was trying to buy, the suspect reportedly told the officer that he was "trying to purchase a piece of mind."

Because of his slurred speech, difficulty in walking, alcoholic odour and behaviour, police took Kulas into custody.u00a0
