Louis Carr and Kristin Broughman were driving home early after watching an afternoon football game, when they reportedly saw a naked Suzanne Welker trying to climb the lap of Ernest Gonzales, who was behind the wheel of a SUV on Interstate 95.
"She jumped up in the seat bare butt, mooned us through the window," the New York Daily News quoted Carr as telling local TV station News 4.
According to Carr, when Gonzales saw that he was being watched, he slowed down his SUV and started to follow the couple, tailgated them and tried to pass them for 10 miles.
The two cars finally arrived at the entrance to Reni's Redneck Yacht Club, a bar owned by Carr's mother in Yulee.

"I called my mom and was like, âThese people are following me,' and she was like, âWell, bring them straight to the bar,'" Carr said.
Even though Gonzales tried to block Carr at first, both cars eventually reached Reni's parking lot.
There, Gonzales went up to Carr in a manner that said was threatening, deputies said.
Welker took things a step further - she stood beside the passenger side door of the car with a semiautomatic handgun, witnesses said.
One woman at Reni's approached Welker and said that her guns were not necessary, but she then backed away.
Gonzales and Welker fled the scene when they were told that the police had been called, the witnesses said.
The couple were later arrested at a home in Fernandina Beach and were charged with indecent exposure and aggravated assault.
"It's crazy. I mean, they're really high up there and everybody knows them, so it sucks for their (reputation), but they should do that stuff behind closed doors.
"I mean, who knows who else has seen it. I'm sure we're not the only ones," Carr said.
Carr also said that his 3-year-old saw everything and still talks about it.
