New Delhi: IS Bindra, former president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), said it was wrong to state that N Srinivasan, the BCCI president in exile, has been given a clean chit by the Supreme Court appointed-Justice Mudgal Committee yesterday.

Taking to Twitter, Bindra wrote: "Those who claim Sini (sic) has been given a clean chit, are either ignorant or having some vested interest. Allegations against Srini fully proven.
"Srini has violated ICC code of ethics n conduct. Ethics officer of ICC should forthwith debar him from holding any position in the ICC/Board.
"An administrator whose job is to take cognizance of infringements of law is guilty of abetment under penal code, if he looks the other way.
"Srini is not only guilty of cover up but he is also liable for abetting offences under his charge/knowledge. Thus liability same as culprit."
He further wrote: "Srini had been accused of cover up of murky n sordid deals in his own team. There was no accusation of betting. Our stand fully vindicated. If President Nixon had to resign for allegations of COVER-UP, Srinis continuation in the BOARD and ICC untenable. Must quit forthwith."
Meanwhile, former Indian Premier League chief Lalit Modi said the full Mudgal committee report should be made public.
Make it public: Modi
He tweeted: "Read the #MudgalReport conclusion document. Without #full report being made public - this report is of zero value. It is a must to see full report. Only then one can give there views to the court and reply back on 24. In absence of full report - one is just fishing."
