Lancashire all-rounder Jordan Clark has joined an elite club by becoming only the fifth professional player to hit six sixes in one over, achieving the feat in a second XI match against Yorkshire.
The 22-year-old joins the ranks of West Indies great Sir Garfield Sobers, Ravi Shastri, Herschelle Gibbs and Yuvraj Singh to have pulled off one of cricket's most remarkable feats.
Clark's onslaught came in a second XI match against Yorkshire at Scarborough. The luckless bowler was Yorkshire's Gurman Randhawa.
According to Lancashire county club, all six balls were slog-sweeps that disappeared over the midwicket boundary at the Yorkshire ground.
