Jindal Squash Academies Laxman Joshi and Arun Sharma reached the semi-finals of the Top 8 doubles category in the Rs 50,000 prize money Brave Heart Ashok Kamte Squash tournament organised by ISP at the Juhu Vile Parle Gymkhana yesterday.
In a close encounter, talented youngsters Laxman Joshi and Arun Sharma beat Mohammed Merchant and Tushar Bambani 15-6, 9-15, 15-8.
In another keenly contested match, experienced campaigners Vikas Jangra and Mahesh Mangaonkar defeated Harjinder Singh and Siddharth Samantray 15-9, 15-10 to reach the semi-final.
