Former India cricketer VVS Laxman urged all his fellow residents of Hyderabad to travel safe as the City of Nawabs received heavy rainfall which resulted in waterlogging at perennial hotspots, traffic snarls and short circuits.
"My dear people of Telangana, please stay safe. Appreciate traffic police like him for their relentless efforts in #HyderabadRains," he wrote on Twitter along with a picture (above) of a flooded street.
