Shashank Singh (66) was the other principal scorer for the Marine Drive side which scored 192 for 3 before declaring. Shivaji Park Youngsters, the 1992 champions, lost two wickets before scoring 13 runs in a drawn encounter at Kennedy Sea Face. All matches in the premier division were drawn save the MIG Cricket Club vs Young Maharashtra game at Bandra East. MIG scored 177 thanks to half centuries from Chintan Shah and Abhishek Raut before bowling out Young Maharashtra for 88. Balkrishna Shirke (5-32) and Pratik Dabholkar (4-33) were the pick of the bowlers. On following on, Young Maharashtra were 10 for no loss.
