On the occasion of completing 50 years, the MCA office bearers and Apex Council Members also released a coffee table book and stamp celebrating the esteemed legacy of Wankhede Stadium
Team India legend and former Mumbai cricketer Sachin Tendulkar spoke about his fond memories at the venue during the grand event. Remembering the celebrations from the night of the 2011 World Cup triumph, Tendulkar said, "it was without any doubt the best moment of my life"
