Indian Gymkhana and Ghatkopar YMCA 'A' and 'B' registered narrow wins to advance to the men's final qualifying round of the 24th Bombay YMCA Annual Open state level basketball tournament yesterday.
Raj Kalbhor scored 24, while Nikhil Ayre added 23 points as Indian Gym rallied to a 68-59 win over Chembur YMCA. Also, Ghatkopar YMCA 'A' beat the 'C' team 71-62, while Ghatkopar YMCA 'B' overcame YMCA International House 52-46 in a thriller.
