New England Patriots champion quarterback Tom Brady (39) may be one of the best in the business as he proved himself once again on Sunday helping his team rally to a 34-28 Super Bowl victory against the Atlanta Falcons, but he's also the perfect family man.
Gisele Bündchen posted this picture on Instagram and captioned it: "We are ready! Let's go @tombrady !! Let's go Pats!!! ?????"

"I've got my family here and it's the end of a long marathon; I usually wear them on my sleeve," said the MVP winner, who instantly went over to his wife, kissed her and hugged their four-year-old daughter vivian Lake in a cute family embrace.
"I was happy everybody was here. I had my wife, my kids, my parents, my sisters, my brothers-in-law and one of my sisters-in-law. A lot of friends and it was a full contingent of support. They're all special," added Brady, eyes moist throughout and with a heavy heart
