Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra celebrates his birthday on January 16.

Sidharth kicked off his career as an assistant director to Karan Johar in My Name Is Khan in 2010.

It was in 2012 when he starred in the filmmaker’s directorial Student of the Year, which made him an instant sensation.

He went on to do films like Hasee Toh Phasee, Ek Villain, Kapoor & Sons, A Gentleman, Shershaah, Aiyaary, and Jabariya Jodi among many others.

On the work front, he will next be seen in VVAN - Force of the Forrest and Param Sundari.

The actor was last seen in the film Yodha, directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha. The action thriller also stars Raashii Khanna, Disha Patani.

Sidharth is rumoured to be collaborating with his wife, actress Kiara Advani, for Maddock Films’ upcoming love story Shakti Shalini.

While the plot details remain under wraps, reports suggest that it won’t follow the typical Bollywood love story formula.
