In August, actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut, who was elected as an MP during this year’s Lok Sabha Elections, bought a property in Arch One, Oshiwara for Rs 1.56 crore. She paid a stamp duty of Rs 9.3 lakh.
In June, Aamir Khan bought a property at Bella Vista Apartment, Bandra for Rs 9.76 crore. He paid Rs 58.54 lakh in stamp duty.
In September, days after welcoming her daughter Dua, Deepika Padukone, along with her father Prakash Padukone purchased a property in Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, Bandra for Rs 17.78 crore. They paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.6 crore.
Her husband Ranveer Singh’s mother Anju Bhavnani also made a purchase in her name in the same vicinity for Rs 19.13 crore. She paid a stamp duty of Rs 95.6 lakh.
In October, father-son duo Suniel Shetty and Ahan Shetty acquired a property in Garden Home, Bandra for Rs 8.02 crore. They paid a stamp duty of Rs 40.08 lakh.
