Gospel music might not be a rage in India, but Don Moen is here to change that. Gearing up for a concert at the MMRDA Grounds on Saturday, this popular Gospel singer is in India for the first time to spread the word of God through his music. He talks to CS:
Sounds good
This isn't the first time that I am performing in a country that follows so many different religions and is deeply spiritual. I think that God has His people everywhere and through this concert, I just want to create an atmosphere of peace.

I would even love to sing before a group of atheists because they're people who are obviously disappointed in God and hence don't believe in religion. I think that their lives could change if they gave my God a chance.
Sing along
I think India has immense singing talent, and I am embarrassed to say that I wasn't aware of it. I would love to see Gospel music picking up here and would want to help young singers in whatever way I can. I know that my earlier tour got cancelled, but I'm glad to be here at this time.

I have received such warmth from the people here that I feel that they've blessed me in ways that have changed my life and my team's too. I hope to be back again next year.
