Navya Nanda's podcast-turned-vodcast, 'What The Hell Navya,' is back for round two, now with a visual treat. Kicking off with a bang, the first episode, 'Women at Work,' brings together Navya, her powerhouse grandmother Jaya Bachchan, and her mom Shweta Bachchan-Nanda for some casual chit-chat on life for working women. The show provides the women of the Bachchan family hailing from three different generations to discuss a vast range of topics. In the first episode, Jaya Bachchan also addressed the memes made on her.

At the beginning of the episode, Navya explained the concept of a side hustle to Jaya. "It’s something that you do after your 9 to 5 job," she said. Adding to it, Shweta acknowledged Navya's internet popularity and said, "You are a YouTube sensation, you are an internet sensation, you are a meme generator…these are legit jobs these days, mama.” Jaya responded wittily, saying, “I provide meals to people who make my memes.”

Navya then brought up the term Jaya-ing that the netizens have created. The term means to express oneself without caring about opinions. They also discussed the viral meme culture around actress Jaya Bachchan.  Talking to Jaya and Shweta, Navya said, "There is a term which has been coined after your meme, which is called 'Jaya-ing'." Shweta added, "When you are extra salty it's Jaya-ing?" Jaya reacted saying, "It's not in a very complimentary way, but it's ok."

When asked how she feels about being a pop culture phenomenon, Jaya said, “I don’t mind, but the people who are doing these memes are so bad. They should do it properly.” " To this, Navya said, "You should teach them," and Jaya responded, “Why should I teach them?”.

During the vodcast, amidst the hilarious and heartwarming moments, actress Jaya Bachchan also expressed her deep connection with Shweta, declaring that Shweta is her strength. Navya chimes in saying "Mine too!" The connection between the three generations of women is evident here.

Shifting gears, Navya highlights the contrast of her entrepreneurial ease with family backing against the challenges many unsupported girls face, underscoring disparities in various sectors. The trio also delves into the vital role of homemakers, discussing their evolving responsibilities and breaking stereotypes. A playful 'Would You Rather' segment celebrates positive changes in the beauty industry, with Shweta expressing her comfort in her own skin. Navya wraps it all up with a bold declaration, "We have chosen to be unapologetically ourselves."
