The Storyteller (Disney plus Hotstar, January 28)
Directed by Ananth Mahadevan, the film is inspired by Satyajit Ray's short story, Golpo Boliye Tarini Khuro. Paresh Rawal essays the role of a retired printing press worker from Kolkata named Tarinin Bandyopadhyay he relocates to Ahmedabad to join his son. He starrts the job of astoryetller to an insomniac only to relaise that his stories have been published uder a pen name and have won accolades.

Set in 1950s Mexico City, the film follows William Lee (Daniel Craig), an American expatriate leading a solitary existence in a small American community. The ensemble cast includes Jason Schwartzman, Henry Zaga, Omar Apollo and Lesley Manville.

The Recruit Season 2 (Netflix, January 30)

The season picks up from the dramatic conclusion of season 1, where Owen and former asset Max Meladze (Laura Haddock) were kidnapped by her daughter, Karolina (Maddie Hasson).
