Amidst the difficult times, wherein people are advised to stay indoors and are glued to their laptops or mobile devices for a major part of their day, physical and mental health has gone for a toss. Strength and immunity has gone down, people have put on a lot of unwanted extra weight and lost health. Going to physical yoga studios or gyms is neither possible nor advisable due to the ongoing pandemic. People are stuck at home and don’t really know what to do. The only way to stay strong and fit is to practice yoga or some other sort of physical activity every single day.

Although there are thousands of online yoga classes available but the quality is not the best. Practicing yoga improperly can cause injury and harm.

Deepak believes that yoga is one of the best option which can be practiced at home and requires zero equipment. It can be practiced by everyone and all irrespective of their age as it does not matter when it comes to yoga practice. In fact, it can be a life saviour for the elderly, sick and weak.

Deepak Sharma, who is a very successful, yoga entrepreneur, decided, along with Eli, to give back to the society by providing, very high quality online yoga classes for free to one and all via the zoom platform as well Facebook group. The classes have already commenced from 14th June and shall continue until the 21st June with three classes per day. Sampoorna Yoga plans to continue these free classes even after 21st June.

Deepak Sharma, is the founder, director and CEO of Sampoorna yoga. He has been practicing and teaching yoga for almost 30 years now and have graduated more than 11,000 international yoga teachers from across the globe. Just in the UK itself there are more than 3000 Sampoorna trained yoga teachers teaching yoga successfully.
