Dear Diana, I'm a 25-year-old guy in a relationship with an office colleague. We spend a lot of time together.
But the only thing that bothers me is her secretive nature. She keeps hiding things from her past and isn’t very comfortable discussing them. But being a good lover, I don’t try to be invasive or possessive about her. Having said that, her latest antics revolve around her cellphone. She just doesn’t let me near her cellphone! It’s bizarre. I mean, what is she hiding? She keeps pushing me away joking that I’m being a ‘husband’. What is that supposed to mean?

Dear Harmaan,
Are you sure about this girl? It appears that she is hiding stuff from you. Though you trust her blindly, she is not honest with you. The very fact that she is hiding things from you is a clear indication that something is amiss. Hiding her cellphone from you is strange. As long as you don’t snoop on her call log, SMSes and phone book it is okay. But this woman just does not want you around her cellphone. Is there someone’s call she is afraid of? When the cell rings perhaps the caller’s name or number will flash. Or does she have some snapshots stored in her cell that she does not want you to see? You need to be wary of this girl. Considering that both of you work in the same office, at least you are aware of each other’s professional life. So is she hiding something from her personal life? Think before you want to take this relationship to the next level. This girl is surely strange.
