A metropolitan magistrate’s court yesterday said the police were free to take every possible action to arrest the accused in the Sandeep Gadoli encounter killing case.

“The investigating officer has the liberty to take every possible step as per the provisions of the CrPC to arrest the accused,” said Magistrate R K Deshpande.
