Mumbai Police arrest Rajasthan man for threatening Salman Khan in YouTube video

Sources said that Gujar allegedly discussed the Bishnoi gang and made threats to kill Salman Khan in the YouTube video posted on a channel named 'Are Chhodo Yar'.

Mumbai's South Cyber Police arrested a 25-year-old Rajasthan man for threatening Salman Khan in a YouTube video. The accused, identified as Banwarlial Laturlal Gujar, is a resident of Boarda village in the Hindoli area of Rajasthan. 


Sources said that Gujar allegedly discussed the Bishnoi gang and made threats to kill Salman Khan in the YouTube video posted on a channel named 'Are Chhodo Yar'. 


DCP Datta Nalawade said, "An offence was registered at the South Cyber Police Station under CR No. 66/24, invoking sections 506(2), 504, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and section 66(d) of the Information Technology (IT) Act against the accused who threatened Salman Khan in YouTube video."


He added, "Considering the seriousness of the case, a police team was dispatched to Rajasthan for the investigation. The team, with the accused in custody, is expected to arrive at the domestic airport at 2:15 PM today."
