Already, 127 members of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee women's wing were put through their paces in June. And now, it's the turn of men starting from September 20.
"The centre has many proposals to create awareness and empower youth aspiring to make it to politics. We will take up this one-year training programme under one of those schemes. This will certainly help the youth in the party," said D K Shivakumar, KPCC working president.
Masters of the game
A group of experts, including psychology professor Dru00a0 Chandrashekar, professoru00a0 Maralusiddaiah (specialist insociology), academicians and legal experts who trained the women will now do the same for the men.

Study sessions
The syllabus at the Institute of Political Excellence aims to educate young political aspirants about the Constitution, Indian history, Bangalore's past and present, the poll process, current issues, publicity and propaganda and even personality development.
The practical sessions include making effective speeches, stress management, mass psychology, communication skills and even going through mock sessions on aspects like filing nomination.
