Death for woman serial killer
A court in Tumkur has awarded death sentence to serial killer Cyanide Mallika, considered India's first woman serial killer.u00a0
Cyanide Mallika alias Kempamma would kill women by administering cyanide. So far she has been accused of having killed six women.
According to the police, Mallika would earn the confidence of elderly women, who visited temples. She used to offer them to help them tide over their hardships by performing pujas.
Later, she would take them to rooms and administer them juice or water laced with cyanide. After that, she used to escape with the money and other valuables.
