The Naukri.com's job index -JobSpeak - improved by five per cent to 774 in February as against 738 in January 2009, indicating an improved hiring scenario from a low of 697 in December 2008.

The gain in the index is reflected in an improved job situation in cities like Delhi, National Capital Region (NCR), Ahmedabad and Chandigarh, the report stated.
