Union Home Minister Amit Shah attended the 60th Foundation Day Parade of the Border Security Force (BSF) in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He saluted the BSF contingents during the parade and honored the BSF jawans who had recently killed three terrorists from Hizb-ul-Mujahideen (HM) in an operation. The event marked an important milestone for the BSF, which celebrates its Raising Day on December 1, the day it was established in 1965. During the ceremony, Shah also unveiled a statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at the Circuit House. This event highlighted the BSF’s long history and its crucial role in protecting India’s borders and maintaining security.
