French star footballer Antoine Griezmann's wife Erika Choperena has begun house-hunting in Barcelona as rumours of the Atletico Madrid's departure for the Catalan capital are growing stronger

French star footballer Antoine Griezmann's wife Erika Choperena has begun house-hunting in Barcelona as rumours of the Atletico Madrid's departure for the Catalan capital are growing stronger. Griezmann was set to leave last summer but refused to make the move while the Spanish side were in the midst of a transfer ban.

According to Catalunya Radio, Choperena visited a real estate agency while Atletico travelled to Barcelona for an away game earlier this month. She also visited Castelldefels, where the likes of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez live.
