Musheer Khan, who recently became the youngest cricketer to play in the Dr HD Kanga cricket league, helped his side ufffd Payyade Sports Club enter the final of the 13th Dronacharya Shri Ramakant Achrekar cricket selection tournament for boys' U-14 played at the Mumbai Cricket Association's (MCA) ground in Kandivali on Saturday.
The eight-year-old scalped nine wickets in the semi-final against Prabodhan Sports Club and helped Payyade register a win by an innings and 127 runs.

In the first innings, the left-arm spinner, claimed four as Prabodhan were bundled out for 66 in 49.1 overs. Atharva Poojari scored a brilliant century to help Payyade score 229 for six in 69 overs.
Musheer came back and picked up a fifer in the second innings to bowl out the opposition for mere 36 runs in 19.1 overs.u00a0Meanwhile, in the other semi-final, Sporting Club defeated CPCC by virtue of first innings lead.
