“I do not know anything about financial management, where to invest, in which businesses to invest. I will leave this good headache to my father. He will decide my financial aspects,” Saina told the media here yesterday after she was named as the brand ambassador a company here.
Saina said apart from her father, Edelweiss, a financial service provider, will also help her to manage her hard-earned money. “Definitely, the money which have been earned for many years now will be taken care by them (Edelweiss) also.
I don’t really have to worry about it,” she said. Asked if she was interested in investing in startups or launch a venture capital like YouWeCan, Saina said, “As I said earlier I do not know anything about it because I have been raised as such that my father did not discuss money with us. He was more bothered about how to become successful.”
About joining hands with the firm, Saina said this will help her focus on her game and bring few more medals and laurels to the country.
“Now, I can focus on my game and nothing else. My dad and the company can do the rest of the work (financial management),” she said.
“If I perform well, things will follow suit. I want to work hard and bring few more medals and laurels to the country,”
she added.
