Azaad: How is Aaman Devgan related to Ajay Devgn?

Ajay Devgn’s nephew Aaman Devgan marked his Bollywood debut with the film Azaad. It also stars Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani.

Aaman is Ajay Devgn’s sister Neelam’s son. He was born on February 18, 2000.

Earlier, Ajay praising Aaman, said in an interview, “Aaman, is not like my son, but he is my son.”

Aaman told Mid-day, “He (Ajay) is very strict with me. When I decided to become an actor, that strictness tripled."

Aaman describes his aunt Kajol as “vibrant and fun”. “If I’m ever sad, I sit with her for five minutes, and my mood changes."

Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, Azaad is a period drama, set in pre-independence India. It hit the big screens on January 17.

Aaman Devgan will next be seen in the horror comedy Jhalak.

The film will be created under Devgn Films and Panorama Studios. Umang Vyas will direct it.

The film is currently in pre-production, with shooting expected to commence soon.
