Aisha Sharma, who makes her Bollywood debut with Satyameva Jayate alongside John Abraham, has something in common with him. Apart from their love for movies, of course. Like her co-star, the debutante, too, is a fitness freak. However, the actress confesses that she was not always into workouts. It's after shooting for a calendar in 2016 that she realized that she needs to tone down. Says she, "When I saw my photos post the shoot, I was shocked. It was a wake-up call and I realized that I need to get fit." From then on, Aisha started taking fitness seriously.

Along with strength training five times a week, she has also taken up aerial yoga. She says, "It was my trainer who suggested that I take up aerial yoga. I have been working out for a month now and I absolutely love it. Aerial yoga has helped me work on my flexibility, posture and core strength."

In the world of constant digital uploads of their whereabouts, Aisha too keeps her fans posted with her current workout sessions. As the actress has taken up yoga, here's what the actress has posted.

Going good, Aisha!
