About 25 per cent of dubbing of Dulha Mil Gaya was remaining when Fardeen Khan flew to London for a prior commitment. While there, his back problem got aggravated and he stayed back for treatment. Producer Viveck Vaswani offered to send the print abroad to finish the remaining portions, however Fardeen spoke to him and promised to fly down to the city.

The actor then made a short trip to Mumbai, completed his portions and then flew back to London for his treatment.

Vivek confirms, "Fardeen came back, stayed on for three days, and completed his work at Aradhana Dubbing Studio, in spite of severe pain. Only after that he left for London."

He goes on to say that earlier too the actor impressed him with his professionalism, "Fardeen was shooting for All The Best in Goa, when we needed him to shoot a song with the entire star cast which we could not postpone due to combination dates.u00a0 Fardeen flew from Goa to Mumbai everyday. He'd shoot for Rohit Shetty in the day in Goa, fly to Mumbai in the evening, shoot for me through the night and then leave for Goa at 6 am.

He did this for the four days. He didn't even get enough sleep. I was speechless!"

Reason for delay
The film has been delayed and while there have been reports that it is because of SRK, who is doingu00a0 a guest appearance in the film, Vaswani denies it, "It was delayed because of my dad's death. Shah Rukh shot for the film despite being in pain due to his shoulder injury. I am proud of Shah Rukh, director Mudassar Aziz and Fardeen and grateful to the whole lot for helping me out."
