Munisha Khatwani isn't new to messed up people. As the hostess of the Tarot Card show Teen Deviyan, she keeps meeting all sorts of people in all sorts of trouble and advising them about their future. In fact it is her own past that helps her empathise with her audiences, she says. She tells CS about how learning the art of reading tarot cards has helped her deal with her problems in life: 
Difficult beginnings
I was going through a rough phase in my life. I had broken up with a steady boyfriend; my parents were divorced and my godfather had passed away; I was facing a cash crunch and running from pillar to post trying to find out what the future had in store for me. Then I finally went to a tarot card reader and was very impressed by the accuracy of predictions. I started learning the art and practised it on my friends on the sets.
They told me that I was really good at foretelling futures. That's when I took it up professionally.
Future finding
I really enjoy reading tarot cards. I think I've gained a lot of insight into life thorough this art. However, I don't spend too much time reading my own future. I concentrate more on my clients and their needs. Unlike others in my profession, I also discuss the negative occurrences of the future and give my clients tips on how to cope with those challenges.
