Meditation magic
I begin my day with meditation. It keeps me energetic and improves my concentration. Then, I do pranayam for half an hour to 45 minutes. Following a proper diet and positive thinking are the two pre-requisites for good health. I workout at least five days a week, no matter how busy I am, I take out an hour for exercising. I work on one part of the body in a day. Besides working out in the gym, I play a lot of sports.
An early start
Fitness was a part of my life since high school. I was an athlete in school and used to participate in 100/200 meters races. I was also in my school's cricket, football and Judo teams.

Variety is the spice
I love swimming. It's one of the best forms of total body workouts. Sometimes, I play a round of tennis or badminton with the kid's in my building.u00a0 Now, I want to try out skydiving, river rafting and scuba diving. I would tell everyone to play one sport or the other.u00a0
