Navratri, meaning 'nine nights', is one of the most popular and widely celebrated Hindu festivals in many parts of India. The festival is celebrated with fervour and festivity to mark the victory of Goddess Durga, who fought against the buffalo-headed demon Mahishasura. While Navratri's specific customs and traditions vary from region to region, a common practice observed by all is fasting and engaging in the lively dance form known as Garba.


During Navratri, various celebrity singers such as Kinjal Dave, Nirav Barot, and Falguni Pathak grace the stage at diverse Garba Mahotsavs. These celebrated artists add to the festive spirit, captivating audiences with their melodious voices and energetic performances.


As the Navratri season approaches, India eagerly anticipates the vibrant tunes of "Garba." Here is the list of artists scheduled to perform during this Navratri.


Kinjal Dave, renowned for her soulful voice and captivating performances, is all set to grace the Kutchi Ground in Borivali, Mumbai, with her melodic tunes. Bhoomi Trivedi, another celebrated artist, will enchant the audience at the Balasaheb Thackeray Manoranjan Ground in Chikuwadi, Borivali West, offering a fusion of traditional and contemporary music.

Nirav Barot, with his dynamic stage presence and melodious renditions, will be performing at the Modella Mill compound in Thane, adding to the vibrant Navratri atmosphere. Falguni Pathak, fondly known as the "Queen of Dandiya," will mesmerize the crowd at Lt. Pramod Mahajan Sports Complex in Borivali West, delivering an unforgettable experience with her iconic performances.

Geeta Rabri will be performing at Holi Family High School Ground, Mahakali Cave Road, Andheri East, Mumbai from 15 to 24 October. While Parthiv Gholi will spread the magic of her voice at NESCO Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai from 15 to 24 October

Naitik Nagda will put the stage of  DNS School Ground on fire as he will perform there from 15 to 24 October. Aishwarya Majumdar will be performing at Arunkumar Vaidya Ground, Link Road, Borivali, Mumbai from 15 to 24 October. Osman Mir will be performing at Kora Kendra Grounds 2 & 3, Borivali, Mumbai from 15 to 24 October.

As the beats of the dhol echo and the people of Mumbai come together in colourful attire, these performances will undoubtedly make Navratri 2023 a time of joy, unity, and cultural appreciation.
