The first wild card entry on Bigg Boss 15, Rajiv Adatia has just entered the house and had a starry welcome with the likes of Shilpa Shetty, Bipasha Basu, Sonu Nigam and others introducing him. Born and brought up in London, Rajiv is a model, entrepreneur and social media influencer. Read on to know more in his exclusive conversation with mid-day.com.

How have you been prepping for your entry into the Bigg Boss house?
The show is so dynamic that no matter how much you prepare, it will never be enough. So I will go with the flow and take it from there. I hope they send me sushi and pizza, because the biggest thing I’m going to miss is food! I’m a foodie and I’m from London so there a lot of small things I’ll miss but I’ll adjust... it’s just a matter of few weeks. I mean few months, itni jaldi nahi niklunga bahar (laughs).

Have you been catching up on this season?
In London, we don’t get Voot we only have Colors. Now that I’ve come to India,  I’ve been watching the live stream on Voot and seeing everybody’s shadiness.

Anyone who impressed you and who definitely did not?
Not just because she’s my rakhi sister, but Shamita Shetty has been outdoing herself in the house. She’s definitely come up since OTT. Karan Kundrra is good but he needs to control the physical aspect because it’s not allowed. Otherwise the mind game he is playing is great. Vishal Kotian is very toxic and what he’s doing is going to bite him in the a**. Afsana Khan is a ticking time bomb. She’s a strong girl from Punjab. My problem is I start laughing if someone shouts at me. So if Afsana fights I may fight back. But I feel she has a good heart, though she can’t control her anger.

As you said Shamita is your sister, but here she is competition…
I know half the contestants on the show very well. With Shamita, we love and respect each other but at the end of the day we are contestants on the show. There are going to be times where we will disagree with each other. She’s my sister for life but we have to play the game. When we are outside we will laugh about what we did on the show.

It is usually said wild cards don’t make it to the winner's spot…
That’s because the previous wildcards were not as good as me! Luckily I’m making an entry early in the show as compared to the usual wildcards. What takes you to the end is not when you enter the show but what you do in the show. There are such shady people who I feel will be out soon, so it’s all about how you conduct yourself.

You are also a motivational speaker, do you feel that skill will help you in the house?
Sabke kaan mein wax bhara hai, koi sunnewala nahi hai. I will try... I want to bring some happiness and masti to the show though I will be aggressive when required.

Most contestants are intimated by host Salman Khan, how do you plan to deal with Weekend Ka Vaar?
I’m having sleepless nights already, obviously Salman’s aura is intimidating. He’s a guide, he doesn’t insult people just for the sake of it. He points out that you are wrong and you should change.
