2. From National to International branding, mid-day Icons have gone bigger this year. What are your thoughts on this and how will it help in your branding?
It will help our brand get an international platform and help us venture into international markets
3. How has your experience been with mid-day? What has been the change that you have seen post your association with it?
It’s been great. The last time we were awarded, we had many guests come in due to the recognition and visibility
4. What do you think are the redeeming features of your services that sets you apart from the rest?
It has to be our consistent quality and taste, along with the service.
5. The Pandemic situation was a blow on the travel and hospitality services. How did you manage to stay afloat?
It’s been a difficult period of nearly 2 years. But our strong values of focusing on our people, retaining them all through the difficult times, and support from our guests as well as staff has really been the key to us staying afloat.
6. What have been the challenges and triumphs (if any) that the Pandemic has posed for your sector which according to you will have a lasting effect?
Understanding how to operate during such a difficult time has been difficult but also an eye opener for us. We’ve learnt and grown with new and innovative strategies of cost controls, inventory management, marketing, etc
7. Do you think you have achieved your vision or is there more to achieve—your future goals?
We started from zero and have reached this stage, this itself is a dream. Yes, we do have goals to expand and spread our wings nationally and internationally.
